In light of the increasing number of neo-Nazi groups, in 2019, Sport Clube Corinthians Paulista took to the field in a different uniform. The stars of the titles won were replaced by only one, the Star of David, which was a symbol of identification for Jews during the time of Nazi persecution.

The “A star not to forget” campaign was conceived in conjunction with the Holocaust Memorial to mark the anniversary of Kristallnacht and raise awareness among the population about a time that must not be forgotten or repeated. The action was reported globally, and other teams replicated the star on their uniforms.
