When Tech & Soul was elected “The Small Agency of the Year” by Advertising Age in 2021, it was clear that our Indie footprint marked the path to becoming a great agency and not a large agency.
Being big, with all that paraphernalia that the market knows, has never been in our DNA. Since then, we have won 7 Lions and many other awards such as: Clio, D&AD, and we have always been among the most awarded agencies in the country.
All of this is the result of our bold, original, and innovative way of working with clients who have taken the risk of hiring an Indie agency, after all, this is the recipe for winning marketing.
The point is that we wanted to make this a way of life. And for that, we mustered courage and repeat softly first thing in the morning: technique and soul, technique and soul, because in fact we are the technique and the soul of the business.
